London-based investment management partnership Vermeer Partners has appointed Chris Hogarth as managing director to lead its newly launched financial planning arm.

Mr Hogarth was previously a wealth planning director at Cazenove Capital for nearly four years.

Prior to that, he was a director and Chartered financial planner at UBS for four years.
