Wealth platform takeover by PE firm settles

The acquisition of financial adviser platform Wealthtime by AnaCap Financial Partners has officially completed following approval by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

The deal, first announced in February, means private equity firm AnaCap will begin improving Wealthtime’s platform technology, user experience, functionality and growth rate, it said.

“The announcement marks an important milestone on [Wealthtime’s] journey to scale and differentiate itself facing the dynamic advised platform market,” said a statement announcing the deal.
