Wealth manager and broker WH Ireland has partnered with the world’s first stock exchange dedicated to commercial real estate as a market maker.

WH Ireland joins IPSX, expected to have its first listing by year-end, as the third market maker on the IPSX Prime market – the regulated exchange which will offer institutional and retail investors access to trading shares in single asset real estate issuers. WH Ireland was already involved in the project as a lead adviser.
