WH Ireland has completed its acquisition of Harpsden Wealth Management.

Originally announced on 30 November, the conditional acquisition agreement included a total consideration of £7.8 million, comprising an initial cash consideration of £5.3 million and two further contingent payments of £1.25 million each over a two year period.

Harpsden is an independent financial advisory and wealth manager with around £250 million assets under management (AUM).
