WM fintech buys Swiss AI firm

Wealth management-focused fintech Finantix has completed its buyout of InCube, an artificial intelligence firm.

The deal, announced in March, is expected to strengthen Finantix’s platform by augmenting it with InCube’s AI, robotics, and cognitive technologies, as well as benefitting both firms from an expanded team.

Alessandro Tonchia, a co-founder of Finantix, said the acquired firm had “outstanding capabilities in regards to wealth management.
