A £2.8 billion wealth adviser has received a “major investment” from private equity firm CBPE Capital.

Perspective Financial Group is a financial planning and wealth advisory group operating from 15 offices in the UK. It employs 180 people, including 55 qualified advisers.

The investment – the amount of which was not disclosed – will be used to continue Perspective’s acquisitions programme.

Since it was founded in 2008, Perspective has acquired 35 financial advice firms, including four in 2019. It now turns over in excess of £17 million a year, has £2.8 billion under management, and advises 18,000...
