House prices have grown up to 132 percent since 2012 Diamond Jubilee

House prices in the UK have increased by as much as 123 percent in the decade since the last jubilee in 2012, according to new market analysis from estate agent comparison site GetAgent.co.uk.

The average house price was £165,947 at the time of the Queen’s diamond jubilee in 2012.

Now, the average house price is £278,436, marking a decade increase of £112,489.
