Private equity group CVC Capital Partners has sold its stake in TMF Group to the fiduciary services provider's own fund.
CVC bought TMF Group for €1.75 billion in 2017.
The aim of the aquisition was to allow TMF Group to capitalise on significant future growth opportunities.
As a result of the acquisition, TMF Group did not proceed with its intention to float on the London Stock Exchange....
