UK government remains 120,000 homes short of new-build target

The UK government has missed its new-build target by 39 percent, a shortfall of 120,00 homes, according to research from new-build sales optimisation platform Unlatch.

Unlatch analysed data on the number of new home completions seen across the UK in each year and how they stack up when compared to the government’s own targets.
