Andy Hall has been named as the new financial planning director for Edinburgh-based private bank Adam & Co.

Mr Hall joins from Barclays Wealth Management, where he was director of wealth planning for Scotland and Northern Ireland. He had worked for Barclays since 2011, and at director level from 2017, during which he was responsible for his division’s growth strategy, as well as overseeing the financial planning of invested assets and development of client retention strategies.

His earlier career was spent in financial and wealth planning roles at Towry and Lloyds.
