Arbuthnot Latham has completed its acquisition of a vehicle financing group, it announced today (1 April).
The deal, first announced in December, will see Arbuthnot acquire Asset Alliance, which operates from five UK sites, mostly in the truck and trailer and bus and coach markets. It has more than 4,000 vehicles under management.
