Asset Risk Consultants (ARC) has published its January 2022 Private Client Indices (PCI) estimates, which revealed a turbulent start to the year for private client investment managers.
The most cautious portfolio band (risk relative to equities of 0 to 40 percent) posted modest losses.
On average these portfolios lost 1.8 percent in January 2022. This compares with a 0.46 percent loss in January 2021.
