Richard Larner
Brooks Macdonald has named two co-chief investment officers (CIOs) following the departure of Edward Park, the current CIO.
Richard Larner, head of research, and Michael Toolan, a senior portfolio director have both been promoted to co-CIO.
Both have been working closely with Mr Park in recent years as part of the firm’s succession planning.
The pair will report to chief executive Andrew Shepherd.
