UK private bank Brown Shipley has appointed Ben Lamers as a client director in London.

Mr Lamers joins from 14 years at Merrill Lynch and Julius Baer International, where he was latterly an executive director and senior private banker.

Prior to the merger of Merrill Lynch and Julius Baer in 2013, Mr Lamers held various posts at Merrill Lynch including vice president and investment consultant.
