Seasoned readers of TheWealthNET will probably have worked out Citigroup’s global wealth management strategy already. But there is nothing like a confirmation Charles Prince, the group’s chairman and chief executive, to put everyone right, just in case they had any doubts.

At its recent Financial Services Conference held in New York Mr Price said that Citigroup’s global wealth management operations aimed to generate double digit-growth over the next few years primarily by enhancing its advisory platform, expanding its balance sheet-related activities and building-out its onshore activities.
