The police have effectively ignored a “Kleinwort Hambros” historic clone scam involving as many as 69 known victims and nearly £4 million in fraud.

I must stress that Kleinwort Hambros is an innocent bystander but nevertheless laudably has been doing its utmost to alert its clientele about this sophisticated ripoff.
