Hats off to David Rowland, who established Banque Havilland in Luxembourg some years back because he was not happy with the service he got from other wealth providers.

For David, who has been a close friend and business associate of Andrew, Duke of York has by all accounts cultivated the family of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un as clients.

This must take courage of the very highest order. For Kim has little time for dissenters, including members of his own family. Being tied to the barrel of an artillery piece and being blown to smithereens is one of his more er...permanent punishments.
