EFG International has made several changes to its board of directors.
Maria Leistner, who was global head of legal and compliance at EFG, will join the board from 1 November in a more strategic role as a board member.
She will be proposed for election to the board of EFG International at its next AGM, succeeding Steven Jacobs who will not stand for re-election.
