FCA fines insider trader £60k

A non-executive director of AIM-listed mobile software firm MoPowered has been fined £59,557 by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for insider dealing and improper disclosure. 

Jersey resident Gavin Breeze, who also holds several directorships of private companies, was found guilty by the regulator of using inside knowledge to avoid heavy losses to his shareholding of MoPowered.
