Nikhil Rathi, the chief executive of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), has outlined the role of the regulator in a changing regulatory landscape.
During a speech at the annual City Banquet at Mansion House, Mr Rathi referenced the FCA’s three-year strategy established earlier this year to improve operations.
As part of this, it is adding to its senior leadership team, promoting internal talent, and bringing in commercial, operational, and international experience.
