Swedish wealth and asset manager Handelsbanken has sold its private client operations in Denmark to banking business Jyske Bank.
The sale includes the business relationships and data of Handelbanken's private clients and corporate customers, which is expected to increase Jyske Bank’s earnings by 10 percent by 2024.
The assets transferred primarily consist of loans granted to private clients and companies, amounting to around SEK 98 billion.
