HSBC Asia joins female empowerment network

HSBC Private Banking has joined The WealthiHer Network Asia in a bid to promote gender diversity within the financial services sector.

The network – which is launching in Asia this year - aims to empower female entrepreneurs and drive the economic advancement of women across the region.

In a statement, HSBC Private Banking regional head of Asia Pacific, Siew Meng Chang, said that the bank takes gender equality in entrepreneurship very seriously.
