HSBC to offer video conferencing for HNW clients in Hong Kong to minimise coronavirus disruption

As COVID-19 continues to cause disruption to people’s lives globally, HSBC has introduced remote conferencing services in Hong Kong to allow customers to still communicate with their relationship managers and investment specialists.

Using video conferencing service Zoom, HSBC will interact with its Jade customers remotely and conduct wealth management related activities, such as going through customers’ financial needs and reviewing their investment portfolio and strategy.
