Despite the strong rebound in US equities recently, Paul Jackson, head of asset allocation at Invesco, believes the asset class has priced in all the potential good news leaving very little upside.
In a worse-case scenario, equities also have the greatest risk of leaving investors out of pocket.
On a conference call to investors this week (23 April) Mr Jackson said he believed the best "all weather asset class", is investment grade credit. This is because it offers the best risk/reward ranging from the most optimistic outcome to the bleakest.
