NatWest is reportedly considering a takeover of Tilney Smith & Williamson, which is soon to be rebranded to Evelyn Partners.
This follows speculation that the merged firm’s private equity backers – Permira and Warburg Pincus – had engaged Evercore to look into a potential sale.
