Beginning his career in the investment industry in 2009, Matt Cameron noticed a great lack of LGBT+ visibility within the sector.

Despite acknowledging that the sector was “a very different place” then, he still recognises this as a problem, which led to him founding LGBT Great, a global investment industry organisation which works to develop all aspects of LGBT+ equality and inclusion within the workplace.
