Mid-market private equity firm AnaCap Financial Partners has acquired wealth management platform Novia Financial.
The independent investment and wrap platform is AnaCap’s third acquisition in the UK wealth management platform space, following that of Amber Financial Investments in July 2020 and Wealthtime in December 2019.
Established in 2008, Novia has £8.2 billion in assets under management (AUM) and around 67,000 clients served through over 1000 IFAs.
Financial details and terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The deal is still subject to regulatory approval.
