Quilter considering selling life assurance business

Quilter is considering selling Old Mutual Wealth Life Assurance Ltd.

The firm confirmed in a statement that it is undertaking a strategic review, which includes this possibility.

Quilter’s board is yet to make a decision on any options, meaning there is currently no certainty if or when any transaction will be concluded.

A further announcement will be made if and when appropriate.
