Quilter Private Client Advisers makes triple acquisition

Quilter Private Client Advisers has acquired three financial planning businesses, Petrus Financial Services, ROC Consultants and M.J.S Wilson & Co.

This triple acquisition has added around £211 million in assets under advice (AUA) to the firm.

Windsor-based Petrus Financial Services is owned by financial advisers Philip Dendy, Nigel Pearce and David Main and operations director Georgina Warwick. The advisers will retire after a transition period, while Ms Warwick will join Quilter.

Petrus’ clients will be served from Quilter’s London office.
