Quilter’s chair designate, Glyn Barker, has left the board.

Quilter said this was because of “personal reasons”.

As a result, Ruth Markland will remain chair and Tim Breedon will become a senior independent director. Ms Markland originally took on the role with the view of handing over to Mr Barker.
