It’s good to know that other people including Oz Clarke, one of the UK’s best-known oenophiles, has the same view as The Toper about fine wine as an investment.

Yes, fine wine can turn out to be a very good investment provided it is authenticated, properly kept and actually sold on (preferably to a bigger fool). But it is far better to drink it.
