Verso Wealth Management has acquired independent financial adviser Campbell Thomson Insurance Services.
The Glasgow-based firm Campbell Thomson was founded in 1978 and has a team of 13 advisers, planners, researchers and support staff. It offers financial advice and planning solutions for enterprises and individuals throughout the UK.
According to reports, this is Verso’s third acquisition this year and its first in Scotland.
