The Spectrem Millionaire Investor Confidence Index (SMICI) grew by nine points in February to 11, and is back in “mildly bullish” territory for the first time since August 2018.

Meanwhile, the Spectrem Affluent Investor Confidence Index (SAICI) increased from -3 to four, representing the first positive figure since October.
