WH Ireland has appointed Fraser Marshall as head of its newly formed capital markets division.

This comes as the company looks to further grow its proposition for both its existing and new clients. The capital markets division will incorporate corporate broking, corporate finance, M&A, institutional sales and trading, high net worth broking, market making, equity research and the firm’s private funding business.

With a 26 year career in UK equity markets, Mr Marshall joins the firm from Arden Partners where he was head of equities and a member of its senior management team.
