1. (11.05.2022) Tax and advisory firm Blick Rothenberg appointed Ed Rieu a partner in its US/UK private client team as well as Paul Cooper as a partner in financial services and Jackie Oakes as a partner in audit assurance and advisory.

2. (17/05/2022) UK law firm Irwin Mitchell appointed private wealth and business specialist Siri Siriwardene to drive growth amongst business owners and high net worth clients. Mr Siriwardene joined from BLM, where he was head of commercial advisory and private wealth. He has over 26 years' experience leading growth in departments and organisations - 20 of which are in the legal sector.

3. (19/05/2022) International law firm Fieldfisher hired former eprivateclient Top 35 Under 35 Alice Vink. London-based Ms Vink joined from rival international law firm Stephenson Harwood where she had worked for the past five years, having joined there from Collyer Bristow in 2017. Prior to that Ms Vink trained and worked at Macfarlanes for over three years.

4. (09/05/2022) London law firm Payne Hicks Beach added art and cultural property specialist, Till Vere-Hodge, to its practice as a partner in the firm's private client team. Mr Vere-Hodge joined the firm from Constantine Cannon and is experienced advising on all aspects of art and cultural property law for international private collectors, art dealers and auction houses, galleries and museums, as well as art investors and advisers in relation to both, contentious and non-contentious matters.

5. (20/05/2022) Fiduciary and family office services provider Highvern hired 2021 eprivateclient Top 35 Under 35 Scott King as an associate director. Mr King joined the firm’s private wealth team in Jersey from Accuro, where he worked for the last three and a half years.

6. (03/05/2022) Multi family office Stonehage Fleming appointed Richard Stride as head of family office Jersey, and Bruce Sinclair as trustee director in the firm's Jersey family office division. Mr Stride acts as an adviser to wealthy international families and has 14 years of experience in succession, governance, and complex wealth requirements since joining Stonehage Fleming in 2007. Mr Sinclair has 12 years’ legal experience and joins from Standard Bank, where he served as head of legal for the trust and fiduciary services offshore division, joining in 2017. 

7. (16/05/2022) Investor services provider IQ-EQ  boosted its support for Chinese-speaking private clients and family offices by appointing a dedicated Chinese family office executive based in Jersey. Briony Sun will be part of the firm’s private wealth team in Jersey while also working closely with the UK team and with The Private Office, IQ-EQ’s lifestyle and property management business based in Mayfair, London.

8. (18/05/2022) UK law firm Trethowans appointed a new partner with over 40 years of experience to head up its agricultural and rural property team in Winchester. Caroline Lindon-Morris, who originally practised in corporate and commercial law before specialising in agriculture, joined Trethowans on 25 April following seven years at Blake Morgan.

9. (06/05/2022) International law firm Withers hired Alison Lonshein as a special counsel in its US charities and philanthropy team, based in New York. Ms Lonshein joined the firm from New York art museum The Frick Collection, where she acted as general counsel and assistant secretary.

10. (04/05/2022) UK independent wealth manager Artorius Wealth Limited appointed private client veteran Rosalyn Breedy as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect. Ms Breedy is head of funds and private wealth at London law firm Simons Muirhead Burton and has over 30 years of experience working in private practice, investment banking and at a multi-family office, including stints at Withers, Forsters and, most recently, as a partner at Wedlake Bell prior to joining Simons Muirhead Burton.
