Edinburgh-based Bank of Scotland (BoS) has rebranded its Women in Business team to reflect the increasing commitment of HBOS Group, of which BoS forms part, to women in the UK. The team will now come under the name HBOS Women.

Bank of Scotland originally appointed its dedicated Women in Business team in 2003 and was the first UK bank to create such a unit. The team now, however, has a broader agenda, driving the voice of entrepreneurship for women in the UK and working to create a business landscape that encourages female wealth creation and success.
