Brown Shipley finalises major Cambridge deal, with office head appointed

Brown Shipley said today (8 April) that it had finalised the integration of Cambridge wealth manager NW Brown, in a deal first announced in June 2019.

NW Brown’s Cambridge and Norwich offices have now been re-branded as branches of Brown Shipley, the UK private banking arm of Quintet (formerly KBL European Private Bankers).

NW Brown’s chief executive Oliver Phillips becomes Brown Shipley’s head of office for Cambridge and Norwich.

Brown Shipley now operates from eight regional offices around the UK.
