Wealth and asset manager Shard Capital has announced two new senior hires.
Martin Bradbrook becomes chief operating officer (COO) while Richard Bacon will be head of sales and business development.
Mr Bradbrook joins Shard, which manages and administers just over £1 billion, from wealth manager Dolfin, where he was head of operations and IT for the last six years. There, he oversaw the back and middle offices and supported the growth strategy of the business.
