Sanlam Investments has completed its takeover of eight former Smith & Williamson investment management funds.
First announced in early January 2021, the deal brings £1.2 billion in assets under management to Sanlam, including the £629 million Artificial Intelligence Fund.
All of the funds moving to Sanlam Investments will be renamed over the coming weeks.
