The Diversity Project has launched a cross-industry initiative designed to help women progress and succeed as portfolio managers.
Its new Pathway Programme seeks to drive change by unlocking female talent in order to address the absence of women in money-managing roles, with 88 percent of these positions currently occupied by men.
