WH Ireland chairman Tim Steel is to retire at the end of December 2019, along with non-executive director (NED) Richard Lee.
Mr Steel joined the board in March 2014 and was appointed chairman in January 2016. During this time, he has overseen a large change in senior management, with a new chief executive, chief financial officer, head of wealth management and head of compliance all appointed.
